Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy designed to give you peace of mind while also allowing us to manage our bookings smoothly.
Standard Cancellation Terms
Free Cancellation – Up to 14 Days Before Arrival
If you cancel 14 days or more before your check-in date, you’ll receive a full refund of your advance payment.
Late Cancellation – Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival
If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, the advance payment is non-refundable.
No-Show or Early Departure
- If you do not arrive on the check-in date and do not inform us, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and the full advance is non-refundable.
- If you decide to leave earlier than planned, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
Date Changes
We allow one free date change (subject to availability) if requested at least 10 days before the original check-in date.
Additional changes may be subject to an administrative fee.
Refund Process
If you’re eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days to the same account used for the original payment (bank transfer or mobile payment).
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
In case of travel bans, natural disasters, or national emergencies that make travel to Hikkaduwa impossible, we will offer:
- A free reschedule, OR
- A full refund, depending on the situation
