These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for staying at Travel Cage Villa, a private holiday villa in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka.

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of a non-refundable advance payment
• The balance must be paid on arrival in USD or LKR
• We accept payments via bank transfer or cash
• Rates include taxes and basic utilities unless otherwise specified

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable
• No-shows and early departures are not eligible for refunds

House Rules

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and protect the property, we ask you to follow these rules:

• No smoking indoors – permitted in outdoor areas only
• No pets allowed
• No loud music or parties without prior permission
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Guests must respect neighbors and local laws

Damage & Security

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay
• A refundable security deposit may be requested for long stays or large groups
• Missing or damaged items may result in a deduction from the deposit or additional charges

Guest Responsibility

• All guests must provide accurate personal details during booking
• Guests must follow safety instructions when using the pool, kitchen, and facilities
• Children must be supervised by adults, especially near the pool and jacuzzi

Villa Access

• The villa is rented as a private property — no shared spaces
• Staff may enter the property for cleaning, maintenance, or emergencies with prior notice

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or government regulations.

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for communication, booking, and guest service.
