What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability — just ask!
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. See our [Cancellation Policy] page for full details.
How many people can the villa accommodate?
Travel Cage Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. It’s perfect for families, couples, or small groups.
Is the entire villa private?
Yes. When you book, you get exclusive access to the entire villa — including all 4 bedrooms, the kitchen, private pool, kids pool, and jacuzzi. No shared spaces.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, kettle, rice cooker, blender, plates, pots, pans, and utensils — everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay in Hikkaduwa
Are towels and linen provided?
Yes. We provide fresh bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels for all guests. These are changed every few days for longer stays.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. The villa includes free Wi-Fi throughout the property — suitable for browsing, work, or streaming.
Is daily cleaning included?
We clean thoroughly before your arrival. For stays longer than 3 nights, mid-stay cleaning is available on request. Extra cleaning can also be arranged for a small fee.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes, we can help arrange private airport transfers from Colombo International Airport or anywhere in Sri Lanka. Let us know your arrival details in advance.
Is the villa close to the beach?
Yes. Hikkaduwa Beach is just 5 minutes away by tuk-tuk or car. You can enjoy swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and sunset walks very easily from the villa.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely! The villa is family-friendly with a separate kids pool, quiet neighborhood, and safe layout. We welcome children of all ages.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed indoors, but you may smoke in outdoor areas like the garden or poolside. Please be mindful of other guests and fire safety.
Are pets allowed?
At the moment, we do not allow pets on the property — to maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests.
